Allianz TradeTradelock Invoice Insurance web app for SME's in the UK. - Brought to market a new method for SME's to buy credit insurance for their company via connecting their accounting system and selecting invoices or buyers to insure. - Continuously added new accounting systems to allow new SME's access to purchase insurance. - Built new features and A/B tested different pricing options based on User Interviews of existing customers. This improved our on-boarding success rate and conversion rate inside the web app. - Solidified our position in the market by attending the largest insurance and accounting conventions in the UK. - Increased distribution of our product through new partnerships which could never been utilised in the past by the company without our product. - Proved that a machine learning model can decrease risk significantly with only a small lost in sales. Created a tuned supervised machine learning model with a data scientist that connected directly to our database and trained on anonymised accounting data, historical purchasing data and insurance events. - Improved status reporting and transparency towards our steering committee by creating automated reporting dashboards using Google Data Studio. We never needed to create a sales/marketing report and members could review the live dashboard anytime. - Successfully prepared for and passed a penetration test with no major security or product issues discovered.
